Platformed's AI-based response automation is based internally on a feature called "Facts".

Facts are an imperative part of Platformed's enterprise sales toolkit. All three Platformed offerings, Showcase, Graph, and Respond, all rely on facts, populated by uploaded historical data.

Today, we're making these facts visible to you, the user. With facts, you will be able to:

• Understand why a response was generated: We'll show you the facts that were used to generate a response. This helps you to optimize your library and improve future automation
• Automatically manage your library: Platformed's AI will continuously optimize your library. As your organsation evolves and things change - we'll make sure Platformed Graph, your knowledgebase, keeps up. We'll automatically detect conflicts in information and deprioritise stale content

What are Platformed facts?

Facts are single ("atomic") pieces of information about your organisation. We generate facts from all of the information in your library, Platformed Graph, including:

• Documents: Including policies, certifications, documentation and anything else
  you import. We'll parse these and build an understanding of the
  documents as a set of facts.
• Historical questionnaires: Questionnaires that you complete using Platformed will become part of your library and be used to generate new facts. You can also upload questionnaires that you completed prior to using Platformed.

How do we use facts?

Every time a question is automated, we first search for all relevant facts within your library. These facts are collated and used as the input into Platformed generative AI (a large language model) to generate a new answer, bespoke to the question.

Reviewing automated responses

When you click into a question, you'll be able to see a list of all "Used Facts". These are the pieces of information that the AI used to generate the answer. You can click on each fact to see where that information was sourced.

Managing your library via Platformed Graph

We've introduced a new pane where you can see all the facts that have been generated across your library. For every fact, you can see the source of that piece of information, and remove any facts that you don't want to appear.

The future of Platformed Graph and facts

We have a host of exciting features coming soon, which will improve how you automatically curate your Platformed Graph library, and get better results from our AI:

• Conflict identification - AI will automatically detect conflicting facts and highlight them, ensuring that your Platformed Graph knowledgebase library remains consistent
• Core responses - Save your best, vetted answers. Platformed will prioritise these when generating answers for Platformed Respond and Platformed Showcase
