Platformed introduces 'Human Review' feature for RFP and DDQ automation, enhancing collaboration and insight

This feature enables users to request reviews from team members on question responses, both in questionnaires and ad hoc queries, fostering collaboration and ensuring high-quality responses in your vendor risk management program.

The ability to request reviews is designed to make teamwork more intuitive and efficient within our risk management platform.

• Request reviews with ease: Users can easily send review requests in the ‘Review’ tab on the question they want feedback on. Reviewers can be either individuals or teams, and these requests can be edited.
• Edit and re-request reviews: If a review has been left, users can easily rerequest feedback from a user or team, on update any feedback they’ve already given, ensuring continuous improvement and collaboration.
• Notifications and tracking: When a review is requested, designated individual and team members receive notifications, ensuring they are aware of pending reviews. Users can filter the status of reviews and requested reviewers, making it easier to follow up and ensure timely responses. Additionally, all activities are logged in the activity stream of the question, providing a comprehensive record of interactions and ensuring transparency and accountability.
