NDA flows for trust centers

Platformed has updated its trust center product, Platformed Showcase, to include NDA flows for its users. Initially launching with support for Docusign, Platformed Showcase users can now require visitors to their trust center to sign an NDA to access sensitive documents through integreation with an e-signature platform.

Get started with only a few clicks:

1. Set up an e-signature provider integration

Within the Platformed Showcase app, log in, and configure your e-signature platform.

2. Attach NDAs to sensitive documents

Once you have set up an integration, you can attach NDA templates to any sensitive documents visible on your trust center. Platformed will automatically sync document templates from your provider - just make sure the documents have a signer recipient and you’re good to go.

3. NDA signing in the Platformed Showcase trust center

Visitors to your Platformed Showcase trust center will be informed they must sign the NDA when requesting access to the sensitive document. After submitting their request, they will automatically receive the NDA by email.

4. View signed documents in access requests

Once the visitor has signed the NDA you will receive the access request by email, as usual. Platformed has added a link that takes you straight to your e-signature platform to view the signed NDA.
