The customer: About LoopUp

The challenge: Finding a provider that could handle any document and deliver a self-maintaining knowledge base

As the top provider for country coverage on Microsoft’s Operator connect program and an unprecedented growing list of multinational customers, LoopUp was seeing an increasing need to more effectively manage its RFP process. Prior to signing with Platformed, LoopUp had been using a questionnaire automation tool but found it struggled to cope with importing and exporting documents in formats other than spreadsheets. This was particularly challenging for LoopUp as its teams often receive multiple documents in varying formats under one RFP.

Additionally, burdensome library management through LoopUp’s previous RFP management tool left the team with a bottleneck issue and little confidence that other team members would be able to locate the right answers to questions.

LoopUp needed a solution that would be able to accelerate and support its paper process in any format and provide its team with automated responses to questionnaires that are consistent, accurate, and high-quality. It also required a solution that would take the manual burden out of maintaining a library of facts - or knowledge base - that would be accessible, searchable, and user-friendly across multiple team members within its RFP project teams.

The solution: Platformed selected by LoopUp to elevate its RFP process

Following a successful pilot, Platformed was selected by LoopUp as its partner of choice to deliver high-quality automated questionnaire responses, and a self-maintained AI-powered knowledge base.

LoopUp now has access to an ever-learning and automatically maintained knowledge base that feeds into Platformed Respond and generates consistent, high-quality, and accurate responses.
