Platformed has added two new features to enhance workflow for users
We have two exciting new features focused on enhancing workflow within Platformed and providing new options for administering and protecting your account.
1. Slack Notifications
Users can now send workflow notifications via a Slack workspace, providing another option - in addition to email and in-platform notifications - to collaborate with colleagues without needing yet another tool.
Slack is at the core of many organizations and is often users’ #1 choice for handling notifications and tasks. Admins can configure the Slack integration here.
Once configured, users can connect their individual Slack accounts from their personal settings page and configure notifications.
2. User management and admin roles
Platformed has also shipped the concept of administrator roles. This feature enables you to offer differentiated access to users and serves as a precursor to more customizable roles. Only admins have access to Platformed account configuration.
This feature empowers Platformed administrators with the tools to confidently deploy to a much broader user base. Expanding the user base will enrich your Platformed Graph knowledgebase with increasingly diverse information about your business, producing better answers to your questionnaires.

Sneak peek: Facts
Platformed is close to launching an interface showing facts within your organization. These facts, generated from your document library, Platformed Graph, and historical questionnaires, are used to produce answers to incoming questionnaires via Platformed Respond.
You'll be able to see what facts were used to generate a specific question, and follow the chain of evidence to the ultimate source of information.
Coming soon: Trust centers through Platformed Showcase
Soon, Platformed users will be able to show a fully customizable trust center through Platformed Showcase, to display and allow access to their security, controls and governance up front to prospective customers and partners. Platformed will automatically generate content based on information in your account via Platformed Graph - so you can be set up in minutes.
Third parties will be able to login to data-rooms where you can configure their access to specific documentation. You will also be able to track relationship-specific context (e.g. contracts, commitments & communications between specialist stakeholders), removing lots of the repetitive manual work through the relationship lifecycle.
