Notify customers about changes made to your trust center with Platformed Showcase

In line with Platformed’s mission to relieve onerous admin from internal teams, a new feature has been added that allows users to subscribe to your trust center through Platformed Showcase, and be notified of any key business updates or changes.

Whether you’re changing your HQ location, adding/removing subprocessors, changing your positioning to the market, responding to security events, or simply adding a new certification, your subscribers can be updated via a mailing list directly through your trust center.

You can turn on the subscribe function on your configuration page. Once someone has registered to updates via your trust center, they will have to verify their email. You can see the status of those registered to your mailing list in your notification center.

When you’re ready to send email updates to your mailing list, you can draft a message to provide additional context and information to your subscribers within the notification center.

To help smoothen the process of sending updates, when you have made any change to your trust center, Platformed will prompt you to send an update to your mailing list. You will see a red notification dot appear next to showcase, and we provide a template for you to fill out, where you can provide additional context and information to share with your subscribers.
