Platformed adds word count limit feature to Platformed Respond
RFPs are often restricted to word count limits, so Platformed’s latest product feature rollout for Platformed Respond now includes a new feature to limit responses to a specific word count length. This can be set using the ‘Edit Question’ panel as shown below.
When generating responses, Platformed’s AI will take the predefined word count limit into account. However, if it generates an answer that exceeds this limit as it searches for the best response, the text will be highlighted for review, and any edits can be made directly. The word count is on display for each response so users can keep track of their limit while making any edits.
