Assign tasks to teams with Platformed's latest product update

We’ve introduced Teams to Platformed to streamline human workflows even further. You can now assign teams just as you can with users, improving task allocation and visibility in complex organizations.

Manage

On your Configurations > User Management > Teams you’ll be able to create and manage all your teams. Users can be added to teams, even before they’ve activated their account, meaning you can preset a new employee before their onboarding.

You can delete a team and it’ll always be easy to restore if needed.

Assign Work

You can now choose to assign any work to be owned by a team instead of an individual. Everyone in that team will be notified. You can also create and assign directly to a new team from this flow if you find there isn’t a suitable pre-existing team. Just remember to actually add some members to the new team!
