Webinar: The EU AI Act - A guide to due diligence for risk professionals

The EU AI Act is a landmark regulation that reflects a growing global awareness of the profound impact Artificial Intelligence (AI) has on our lives.

Currently, the EU AI Act is the world’s first comprehensive AI law, and one that might be replicated across other regions, but other countries are starting to build out governance requirements of their own.

It operates a two-tiered governance system in which national authorities are responsible for overseeing and enforcing rules for AI systems, and the wider EU level is responsible for governing general purpose AI models.

Regulators continue to crack down and due diligence on third-party AI-based products faces more scrutiny. For enterprise organizations - particularly those with a global footprint - keeping up with ever-changing risks and regulations around buying and selling AI can feel overwhelming.
