Customize the tone and format of questionnaire responses with Platformed's Response Wizard

Language and tone is important in all forms of communication but arguably even more important when a deal is on the line. Platformed has updated Platformed Respond to include a new feature that allows users to tailor the tone and format of its auto-generated responses through Platformed AI.

This feature can be used across an entire questionnaire - or for the individual questions that matter most.

For example, if during discovery it appears a company is very stringent when it comes to employee background checks, the auto-generated answer that works for other companies might not be detailed enough for this deal.

With Response Wizard, Platformed users can select a response length and speaker (first/third person), and add custom instructions to the AI. For example, "go into as much detail as possible and assume the audience is very stringent about employee background checks" (see below).

With the additional functionality provided by Platformed's Response Wizard feature, the generated response will pull additional insight from a company's information knowledgebase via Platformed Graph and produce a response in line with instructions.

In this example, the previously generated response "AcmeCorp conducts comprehensive background checks on its employees through VerifyMe UK" is now far more detailed, mitigating the need to provide additional information further on in the deal.
