Showcase your AI transparency with Platformed’s latest trust center update

Platformed has updated its trust center product, Platformed Showcase, with new features to help you showcase your company’s AI posture to visitors. This new update allows you to create a dedicated page on your trust center specifically designed to highlight your company's AI practices and commitment to transparency.

Your AI page can include various sections to give a comprehensive view of your AI usage and policy.

Showcase the data you use

Here, under ‘Data we use’, you can disclose the types of data your AI systems utilise. Clarify whether each type of data is Personally Identifiable Information (PII) or special category data, whether the data includes customer data, and whether the data is anonymized before AI processing.

Showcase AI model providers

List all of the model provides you use. Link these to your subprocessors and showcase additional information including which exact models you use and their purposes.

Showcase related documents

Link to any documentation and certifications related to AI. For example, here you could put your AI Ethics White Paper, your AI Security and Architecture Policy, or your ISO 42001 certification.

Showcase FAQs and other questions

Finally, if there’s any other information you want to share, you can do so in a Q&A format by linking a questionnaire from Platformed. The information shown in your trust center will remain up-to-date with the questionnaire if it is ever changed.

You can configure your AI page from the newly added AI section under Showcase > Configuration from within Platformed.
