Showcase your data protection policies with a dedicated section in your trust center

Platformed has updated its trust center product, Platformed Showcase, with a new Data Protection page to showcase to your visitors. This new update allows you to have a dedicated page on your trust center that informs visitors of your commitment to data and privacy protection.

How to set up your data protection page

You can configure the Data Protection page under Showcase > Config, and directly view your configured page using the handy button we’ve added to that section.

Showcase the data you use

The data protection page will continue showcasing any subprocessors configured under your graph. Users have the option to toggle off this section if you do not wish to display it.

Similar to our AI transparency section feature, under ‘Data we use’ you can disclose the types of data you process and use. Users can also clarify whether each type of data is Personally Identifiable Information (PII) or special category data, whether the data includes customer data, and whether the data is anonymized.

With this latest feature, you can also let your visitors know where your data is stored, under ‘Operating countries', link to any documentation regarding your data protection policies, and allow visitors to submit a subject access request to you.
